Elisabetta Canalis was a dancer on the Canale 5 TV show Striscia la Notizia from 1999 to 2002. Canalis played minor roles in the comedy films Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo and Virgin Territory, produced by Roberto Cavalli. She was appointed as UNICEF Italy Goodwill Ambassador in March 2015.
Canalis married orthopedic surgeon Brian Perri on September 14, 2014 in Alghero, Sardinia. During the wedding, Italian singer Bianca Atzei sang the traditional Sardinian song Ave Maria. On September 29, 2015, their daughter Skyler gave birth to Eva.
