Graduated from Kishinchand Chellaram College with expertise in marketing and advertising in mass media.
Aggarwal made her acting debut in the 2004 Bollywood movie Kyun …! He started out with a small role in Ho Gaya Na. He took part in Bommalattam by the master Tamil director Bharathiraja with Arjun Sarja. The movie was delayed and was released in late 2008. In early 2012, Aggarwal appeared in the Telugu gangster movie Businessman, with Mahesh Babu, directed by Puri Jagannadh.
